This happened at Souq Al-Mubarakiyah at 4.00 pm just about
100 miters from the parking lot. And frankly it was so quiet that there was no
line at the entrance of the car park, which is the case at the morning hours or
later on in the evening. The thing is the parking costs you 150 fils for the
first hour then 50 extra fils for each additional hour. Are people that stingy
that they would rather park in a non-parking zone than spend a ‘sandwich-worth’
of money for parking? Mind you if they got caught they would pay a lot more than that for
an illegal parking ticket.
